Hi, I'm Antoinette, and I believe every woman deserves to live a life that's not just successful, but truly fulfilling. My journey to creating Wellthygirlpod began from a place of personal struggle and transformation.

Like many modern women, I found myself juggling career ambitions, personal relationships, health goals, and the constant pressure to "have it all." I was burning out, feeling disconnected from what truly mattered, and struggling to find balance in the chaos of everyday life.

It was during this challenging period that I discovered the power of intentional wellness practices, mindful living, and the importance of building a supportive community. This transformation didn't happen overnight—it was a journey of self-discovery, learning, and gradual change.

My mission

To empower women to create sustainable wellness practices that fit their unique lives, goals, and circumstances. I believe in providing practical, actionable advice that women can implement in their busy, real-world lives.
